孤立性蝶窦疾病的诊断和治疗

目的探讨孤立性蝶窦疾病的诊断和治疗方法.方法对本科2000年7月～2003年7月收治的孤立性蝶窦疾病16例,对其临床表现及治疗经过进行分析.结果16例中,炎性病变6例;囊肿5例;霉菌性蝶窦炎4例;恶性肿瘤1例.临床表现以头痛,眼部症状如上睑下垂、复视、视力下降为主.结论对不明原因的头痛、视力下降患者应高度怀疑蝶窦病变,宜及早进行鼻内镜、CT、MRI检查和早期治疗.鼻内镜下经鼻腔蝶窦进路是治疗孤立性蝶窦疾病的首选术式.

Diagnosis and treatment of isolated lesion in sphenoid sinus

Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment for the isolated lesion in sphenoid sinus. Methods A retrospective study was carried out among 16 cases with this lesion treated in our hospital from Jul,2000 to Jul,2003. Results Among these cases,6 were seen with inflammatory lesion in sphenoid sinus, 5 were with cyst in it, 4 were fungus sphenoiditis, and 1 was malignant tumor. All these cases manifested themselves mainly as headache and ocular symptoms, like blepharoptosis, diplopia and visual deteroration. Conclusions For those cases with these symptoms as headache and visual deterioration with unknown causes,sphenoid sinus lesion should be highly suspected and such examining procedures as endoscopy ,CT and MRI should be given in oredr to get early treatment. The surgical procedure for this lesion is usually carried out under nasal endoscope via the nasal cavity pathway.
