摘    要:目的:应用改良桥体结构的方法避免在铸造中产生的缩孔缺陷.方法:对修复体金属支架体积偏大而厚的桥体采用将金属部分作成中空部分用瓷粉填塞的方法制作.对28例患者(前牙9例,后牙19例)实施中空桥体修复.结果:中空桥体便于操作,可减轻桥体自身重量,随访患者使用良好.结论:烤瓷桥体金属部分作成中空式避免了金属缩孔现象,可提高金属烤瓷义齿的修复质量.

Abstract:Objective: the pontics with cavity were used in PFM bridges to avoid additional blebs. Methods: for long alloy bridge, the pontic was made with cavity, which was filled with plastic. 28 cases (9 anterior and 19 posterior) were treated by the bridges with improved pontics. Results: followed-up study showed that patients had good response. The pontic with cavity was easy to operate and the weight of the pontic was less.Conclusions: the PFM pontic with cavity can avoid producing blebs and can improve the prosthetic quality of bridges.
