Ag—NOR技术在肿瘤鉴别及分级中的应用

Application of Ag-NOR Technique to Tumors

Benign and malignant tumor of breast and transitional cell carcinoma of bladder and squamous cell carcinoma of esophagus were quantitatively determined with Ag-NOR technique, and nucleolus of benign and malignant tumor were observed by electron microscope. The results showed that: Ag-NOR dots are different in benign and malignant tumors, and in same malignant tumors of different differentiation degree, malignant tumor differs from benign tumor in the numbers, shape, location and fibrillar centers of their nucleolus. Ag-NOR technique is an effective method in neoplastic diagnosis and grade.
