| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肿瘤细胞zeb1基因的表达量与肿瘤细胞的迁移能力之间的关系.方法:实时定量PCR方法检测正常胃黏膜上皮细胞GES及四种肿瘤细胞BGC823、SGC7901、A549和HeLa细胞中zeb1基因的表达量:Transwell小室检测五种细胞的迁移能力.结果:在五种细胞中,zeb1在HeLa细胞中表达量最高,BGC823及SGC7901次之,在A549及GES中表达量最低;发生迁移的细胞数目在HeLa细胞中最多,BGC823及SGC7901其次,在A549及GES细胞中最少;线性相关分析表明,zeb1基因的表达量与细胞迁移能力呈正相关(r=0.961,P<0.01).结论:zeb1基因可能促进肿瘤细胞的迁移能力.

| Abstract: | AIM: To explore the relationship between the expression of zeb1 gene and the migration ability of tumor cells. METHODS: Real-time PCR was used to detect the expression of zeb1 gene in gastric epithelial GES-1 cells and four types of tumor cells: BGC823, SGC7901, A549 and HeLa cells.
