闭合性肾损伤126例临床分析

目的 :提高闭合性肾损伤的诊治效果。方法 :回顾分析 1 2 6例闭合性肾损伤的诊治资料。结果 :1 2 6例病人 ,伴有合并伤 72例 ,5 7.1 4%。保守治疗 1 0 2例 ,发生并发症 8例 ;手术治疗 2 4例 ,其中肾切除 5例 ;死亡 2例 ,病死率为 8.33%。结论 :( 1 )强调手术治疗与非手术治疗的指征。 ( 2 )对有合并伤者 ,应全面、准确、及时的进行伤情评估。 ( 3)对疑有内脏损伤者 ,应仔细探查 ,发现损伤一并处理。

Clinical analysis of close renal trauma(an analysis 126 cases)

Objective:To present an experience with 126 cases of close renal trauma. Methods: 126 cases of close renal trauma were retrospectively analysed. Results: 126 cases out of 72 (57.14%) were complicated by other organ injuries. 102 cases were managed without surgical intervention and 8 of them had complications. 24 cases were treated by open operation and 5 of them required nephrectomy. 2 patients died of the injury (8.33%). Conclusions: The following points were emphasized: (1) the most important was to decide the treatment strategy, open surgery or not.(2) the extent of the injury should be evaluated accurately and quickly. (3) concomitant injury to organs other than the kidney should not be overlooked.
