脑心通治疗对糖尿病并腔隙性脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平的影响

目的了解脑。tD通治疗对糖尿病合并腔隙性脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平的影响。方法收集2009年6月至2011年12月来我院门诊就诊的糖尿病合并腔隙性脑梗死患者51例，选取同期来我院行健康体检的42例健康人作为对照（对照组）。观察组给予脑心通治疗（1．6g／次，3次／d）2个月，治疗前后测定空腹血糖和血清Hcy水平。结果糖尿病合并腔隙性脑梗死患者治疗前血清Hcy水平为（25±8）μmol／L，高Hey血症的发生率为70．6％（36／51），明显高于对照组分别为（6±3）μmol／L和26．2％（11／42）]。经脑心通治疗2个月后，血清Hey水平明显下降（16±7）μmo]／L，P〈0．01]。脑梗死治疗总有效率为88．2％（45／51）。结论糖尿病合并腔隙性脑梗死患者血清Hcy水平明显升高，脑心通在降低血清Hey水平同时对脑梗死恢复有益。

Effect of Nanxintong treatment on serum homocysteine level in diabetic patients with cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the effect of Naoxintong treatment on serum homocysteine level in dia- betic patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Totally fifty-one diabetic patients with cerebral infarction were in- vestigated from June 2009 to December 2011, and 42 healthy persons were as control group. All the patients were given two months＇ Naoxintong capsule trreatment. Blood glucose and serum homocysteine level were measured at the baseline and after treatment. Results Serum homocysteine level in diabetic patients with cerebral infarction was （25 ± 8 ） μmol/L, the prevalence of hyperhomocysteine was 70.6% （36/51）, which was significantly higher than that of control group （6 ± 3 ） μmol/L and 26.2% （ 11/42 ）, respectively ]. After Naoxintong capsule treatment, ser- um homoeysteine level was reduced to（ 16 ± 7 ）μmol/L, P 〈0.01, and total effective rate in cerebral infarction pa- tients was 88.2% （45/51 ）. Conclusions Serum homocysteine level in diabetic patients with cerebral infarction el- evate significantly. Naoxintong capsule have curative effect in cerebral infarction by lowering serum homocysteine level.
