| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨股骨颈疝窝的CT表现特点。方法:回顾性分析1999年9月~2006年10月的300例CT检查中13例股骨颈疝窝的影像学表现。结果:13例股骨颈疝窝均为单侧发病,左侧9例,右侧4例;CT表现为髋关节股骨颈前上1/4部位,呈圆形、卵圆形或分叶状的低密度影,边界清晰,周边有硬化环,直径为4~10mm。结论:CT对股骨颈疝窝的诊断及鉴别诊断具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore CT diagnostic value in herniation pit of the femoral neck.Methods:Amng 300 cases,13 cases with typical CT manifestations in herniation pit of the femoral neck were retrospectively analyzed.Results:9 cases of herniation pit in femoral neck appeared in left side, 4 cases in right side.The lesions were located at superior and anterior one-fourth of the femoral neck and revealed circular,oval or lobulated low density and sharp-margin with a ring sclerosis of bone.The diameter of lesions was from 4 mm to 10mm.Conclusion:CT has important value on diagnosis and differential diagnosis of herniation pit of the femoral neck. |
