| 摘 要： | 目的分析外科治疗成人法洛四联症(TOF)的临床特点,对比成人与儿童患者手术方法的差异。方法分析15例成人与49例儿童TOF患者的临床资料,比较两组间体外循环和手术方法的差异。结果成人组术前血红蛋白显著高于儿童组(P<0.05),心肌阻断时间、转流时间、手术时间成人组显著长于儿童组(P<0.05),两组间跨环补片率无明显差异(P>0.05),自动复跳率成人组显著低于儿童组(P<0.05),机械通气时间、血管活性药物使用时间两组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论注意成人与儿童TOF手术方法的差异,成人TOF矫治术可取得良好的手术疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical feature of surgical procedure in adults with tetralogy of Fallot and compare the difference of surgical treatment between adults and children. Methods The clinical data of 15 adults and 49 children was reviewed.The cardiopulmonary by pass and surgical procedure were compared.Results The hemoglobin was higher in adult group than in child group(P<0.05). The aortic crosscla mping time, bypass time and operation time in adult group were longer than that in child group(P<0.05).There was no difference in transannular patch rate, machinery ventilation time and vasopressor time between the two groups. Conclution Difference of surgical treatment between adults and children with tetralogy of Fallot should be noted. The outcome are satisfactory for adults. |
