| 摘 要： | 目的 评价结膜下翼状胬肉切除术的优点。方法 回顾分析了１０４例结膜下翼状胬肉切除术患者。结果 经随访发现，治愈８８例，治愈率８４．６％，复发１６例，复发率１５．４％，无１例并发症发生。结论 结膜下翼状胬肉切除术操作简单、创伤小、效果好。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the advantages of pterygium resection under conjunctiva.Methods One hundred and four cases were treated with the surgery and reviewed.Results 88 cases (84.6%) were cured, 16 cases (15.4%) reocurred. No complication was found. Conclusion Pterygium resection under conjunctiva is easy to perform with minor wound and high effect. |
