| Abstract: | An elderly depressed female patient, who tolerated antidepressant drugs poorly, was found to have a small and asymptomatic meningioma before she was given electroconvulsive therapy (ECT). She received seven bilateral ECTs without neurological deterioration and had a good clinical result. |
