| 摘 要： | 本文对268例轻、中度高血压病患者采用不同的抗高血压药物治疗,以评价治疗前后病人生活质量的改变.结果显示:经治疗后病人血压及生活质量均有改善.另外发现不同的治疗药物对生活质量的影响不同.

| Abstract: | The Effects of two step-care regimens were assessed for effects on the blood pressure as well as quality of life among 268 patients with mild to moderate hypertension in a randomized clinical trial. One regimen started with nifedipine, the other started with hydroohlorothiazide. After three-month' therapy, both groups had significant effects on blood pressure control as well as improving quality of life (P<0. 001). The comparison of two groups showed that patients taking nifedipine as the first line drug had more favorable results in improving quality of life. |
