子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔液中肿瘤坏死因子与抗子宫内膜抗体的测定

目的:探讨子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔液中肿瘤坏死因子与抗子宫内膜抗体的水平,从而探讨它们在内异症发病机制中的作用。方法:对59例正常生育期的妇女及54例各期内膜异位症的患者分别检测其腹腔液中TNF-a、抗子宫内膜抗体的水平。结果:子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔液中TNF-α水平远远高于对照组,且Ⅲ～Ⅳ期腹腔液中TNF-α值远远高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期(P<0.01)。而EMAb值与对照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05),但Ⅲ～Ⅳ期腹腔液中EMAb值高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期(P<0.05)。结论:子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔液中TNF-α与EMAb在内异症的发生发展中均起着重要的作用。

The levels of TNF-α and anti-endometrial antibody in peritoneal fluid of women with endometriosis

Objective:To study the levels of TNF-α and anti-endometrial antibody in peritoneal fluid of women with endometriosis,explore their roles in pathogenesis of endometriosis.Methods:Peritoreal fluid level of TNF-α was measured by RIA and peritoneal fluid level of anti-endometrial antibody was measured by ELISA in 56 patients(case group) with endometriosis and 59 normal women(control group).Results:Peritoneal fluid level of TNF-α in case group were significantly higher than that in control group,and peritoneal fluid level of TNF-α in Ⅲ～Ⅳ stage was significantly higher than that in Ⅰ～Ⅱ stage(P<0.01).The levels of anti-endometrial antibody had significant difference between case group and control group(P<0.05).The level of anti-endometrial antibody in Ⅲ～Ⅳ stage was higher than that in Ⅰ～Ⅱ stage(P<0.05).Conclusion:TNF-α and anti-endometrial antibody in peritoneal fluid play an important role in pathogenesis of endometriosis.
