摘    要:目的:利用CAD/CAE软件的自适应和无缝参数传递功能,建立可自动改变直径和长度的微种植体下颌骨骨块三维有限元模型,为微种植体的生物力学分析、优化设计和选择提供快捷灵活的平台。方法:利用Pro/E软件,根据微种植体相关参数以及松质骨、皮质骨的几何外形,建立可以自适应改变的微种植体骨块实体模型,设定微种植体的直径(D)和长度(L)为变量,变化范围分别为D(0.5mm~1.0mm),L(5.0mm~13.0mm),导入Ansys workbench软件中,进行单元划分及模型准确性检测。结果:建立了可以自适应改变微种植体参数的下颌骨骨块三维有限元模型。结论:应用CAD/CAE软件的自适应和无缝参数传递功能,可以建立复杂的微种植体以及下颌骨骨块装配体的三维有限元模型。

Abstract:Objective:To construct 3D models of different microscrew anchorage for finite element analysis by self-adaptation function of CAD/CAE software .Method:3-D models of microscrew anchorage different diameter and length were constructed by Pro/E software. 3D implant model and 3D mandible bone segment models were assembled. The diameter (D) and length (L) were set as parameters. D ranged from 0.5mm to 1.0mm, L ranged from 5.0mm to 13.0mm. To evaluate the assembled 3-D anchorage-bone complexes, they were imported to Ansys workbench software. Result:Finite element models of different diameter and length anchorage-bone complexes were rebuilt. Conclusion:Self-adaptation function of CAD software was a more accurate and more convenient method in anchorage finite element analysis.
