妇科患者腹部手术后腹部按摩的效果观察

目的观察腹部按摩对妇科腹部手术后患者的效果。方法将120例妇科腹部手术患者随机分为实验组(n=60)与对照组(n=60)。实验组于手术后8 h开始腹部按摩,每日3次,每次15~20 min,对照组按常规处理。结果2组患者肛门排气时间、腹胀、便秘、粘连性肠梗阻、拔管后尿潴留发生率等差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科腹部手术后实施腹部按摩可有效促进胃肠蠕动功能恢复,促进肛门排气、排便,消除腹胀,减少粘连性肠梗阻和尿潴留的发生。

Effects of abdominal massage on gynecological patients after abdominal operation

Objective To observe the effect of abdominal massage on the gynecological patients after abdominal operation.Methods 120 gynecological patients underwent abdominal operation were randomly divided into the experimental group(N=60) and the control group(N=60).The control group was given massage on the abdominal region since eight hours after the operation,three times per day.Each time lasted(15~20)minutes.The control group was nursed with the routine methods.Results There were significant differences between the two groups in the time of anus exhaust,the incidence of abdominal distension,constipation,adhesive ileus and urinary retention after drawing the urinary canal(P<0.05).(Conclusions Abdominal) massage will be useful for gynecological patients after abdominal operation,especially in facilitating the recovery of gastrointestinal peristalsis function effectively,promoting anus exhaust and defecation,eliminating abdominal distention,and reducing the incidence of adhesive ileus and urinary retention.
