应用湿润烧伤膏综合治疗糖尿病足体会

目的:探讨糖尿病足的治疗方法.方法:本组5例,均为Ⅱ型糖尿病足患者,溃疡全部发生在下肢足背部前方.治疗方法:①常规控制血糖;②酌情使用抗生素;③合理饮食;④创面交替使用MEBO与山莨菪碱注射液治疗.结果:经11个月～14个月治疗后,溃疡液化物及炎症分泌物基本消失,可见新鲜肉芽生长.继续治疗8周～12周后,肿胀消失,痛觉恢复,创面开始愈合.结论:糖尿病足是个慢性疾病,周期长,复发率高,创面应用MEBO与山莨菪碱综合治疗,可有效发挥其抗感染、抗M胆碱作用,活血化瘀,改善微循环,促进皮肤潜能再生细胞再生,加速创面愈合.

Experience of Treating Diabetic Foot with MEBO

Objective： To explore the method of treating diabetic foot. Method： 5 cases of diabetic foot patients with type Ⅱ of diabetes were enrolled in. M1 of the ulcers were at the dorsum of foot in front of the lower limbs. Treatment methods： ①Controlling blood glucose as routine; ② Applying antibiotics appropriately; ③ Keeping diet in balance; ④ Using MEBO and anisodamine injection on the wounds alternately. Results： After 11 - 14months of treatment, ulcer liquefied material and inflammatory secretion disappeared, and growth of fresh granulation appeared. Continued treatment for another 8 - 12 weeks, the swelling disappeared, pain feeling recovered and the wounds began to heal. Conclusion： The diabetic foot is a chronic disease with high recurrence rate. Comprehensive treatments including applying MEBO and anisodamine to the wound can play its roles such as anti - infective, anti - M choline, promoting blood circulation, improving mieroeireulation and promoting regeneration of skin regeneration potential cell so as to accelerate wound healing.
