| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中药结肠透析对慢性肾功能衰竭（Chronic renal falure,CRF）的疗效。方法200例CRF患者随机分治疗组（100例）,对照组（100例）,两组在常规中西医治疗的基础上,治疗组加用全自动结肠透析机给患者进行中药结肠透析,对照组则予以中药保留灌肠。观察两组治疗前后临床症状体征和血肌酐（Serum creatinine,Scr）、血尿素氮（BUN）指标的变化。结果两组治疗后临床症状体征、Scr、BUN均有明显改善（P〈0.01）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组总有效率差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论中医药治疗CRF有确切疗效,而配合中药液结肠透析疗效尤其显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of colon dialysis using Chinese traditional herbal drugs on chronic renal failure(CRF). Methods CRF patients(n=200) were randomly and evenly divided into therapeutic group(n=100) and control group(n=100) and all the patients received the treatment of routine Chinese herbal drugs and western medications.Patients in the therapeutic group received additional colon dialysis of the renal failure formula and patients in the control group,additional herb retention-enema.... |
