关于苦杏仁种皮去留合理性的研究

对苦杏仁种皮进行了苦杏仁甙含量测定、急性毒性试验,还就去皮过程对苦杏仁甙含量的影响、种皮对煎出率的影响等问题进行了实验研究,认为苦杏仁炮制后不必去皮,但在入药前应作切制处理。

Study on Rationality of Removing or Retaining of Seed Coat of Semen Armeniacae Amarum

The content determination of amygdalin in seed coat of Semen Armeniacae Amarum and acute toxic test have been performed. Some issues such as, the effect of removing coat processs on amygdalin content and of seed coat on decoction rate, etc. were studied in experiments. It was suggested not to remove coat after it is processed and to have to be cut into piece before it is used.
