| 摘 要： | 在实验室气雾罐中进行了４０％乳酸溶液对空气中细菌杀灭效果的观察。当喷药４６０ｍｇ／ｍ３，于温度２０℃、相对湿度９０％下作用２６分钟，可杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌９９．９９％；作用８分钟可杀灭大肠杆菌达１００％。消毒时，最适相对湿度为６０％。

| Abstract: | Experiment on
efficacy of lactic acid aerosol in killing bacteria of air was carried out in anexperimental
installation in laboratory.The results indicated that spray of 40% lactic acid so-lution 460 mg /
m3 in aerosol chamber could kill 99.99% of Staphylococcus aureus after ex-posure for 26 min at
20℃ and RH 90% and killed 100% of Escherichia coli after exposure foronly 8 min. No
significant killing effect on spores of Bacillus subtilis var.niger exposed for 52 min was seen.
The experiment also indicated that too high(90%)or too low(30%)relative humiditycould lower the
efficacy of lactic acid aerosol killing air bacteria and that the optimal rela-tive humidity was 60
%. |
