妇幼保健院母婴同住室细菌污染与消毒效果的调查

经过采样检测，对妇幼保健院母婴同住室细菌污染与消毒效果进行了调查。结果，探视前空气与物体表面细菌总数超标率分别为２５．０％与３３．３％，探视后分别升至８３．３％与８９．６％，经消毒后又分别降为８．３％与１２．５％。人员洗手前手细菌总数超标率为６８．３％～１００％，洗手后降至８．０％以下。说明加强消毒与探视管理的重要性。

SURVEY OF BACTERIAL CONTAMINATION OF THE ROOM FOR MOTHER AND INFANT IN MATERNITY AND INFANT HEALTH INSTITUTE AND EFFICACY OF DISINFECTION

Survey of bacterial contamination of the room shared by the mother and the infant in Maternity and infant Health institute and the efficacy of disinfection was carried out through examination of the samples taken. The results showed that the rat6s of total bacterial count of air and surfaces of articles exceeding the allowable limit were 25.0% and 33.3% respectively before visiting the patients, increased to 83.3% and 89.6% respectively after visiting the patients and decreased to 8.3% and 12.5% respectively after disinfection. The rate of total bacterial count of hands of Personnel exceeding allowable limit was 68.3%-100% before washing hands and decreased to lower than 8.0% after washing hands. These results indicate the importance of intensification of disinfection and administration of visiting patients.
