| 摘 要： | 为观察不同时期神经移植修复面神经的效果及差别的程度，得出面神经修复的理想期限和可行期限，将家兔６６只随机分为７组，行面神经缺损后耳大神经移植修复，于术后不同时间通过电生理学、组织病理学、组织化学染色、电镜等方法观测不同时期神经移植修复面神经的效果及差别程度。结果表明，除即刻移植组外，２个月以内的延迟移植效果最好，３个月是应积极争取的期限，８个月至１年移植后仍有部分神经功能可恢复。因此，面神经损伤后修复越早效果越好，延迟移植在２个月内为理想期限，１年内为可行期限。

| Abstract: | In order to observe the effect of facial nerve transplantation at different time, The experiment was done by using rabbits to do the facial nerve transplantation. Then the electric physiology,pathology,biochemistry, electron microscope were used to show the function and structure of the nerve. The results showed that the first three groups got better result then others. The results indicated that the best time of nerve thansplantation is within 2 months. The limited time is 1 year. |
