盐酸法舒地尔治疗后循环缺血的临床疗效观察

目的 观察盐酸法舒地尔治疗后循环缺血的临床疗效.方法 选取我科2012年8月-2013年6月住院治疗的后循环缺血患者60例,将其随机分为治疗组32例和对照组28例.两组均给予基础治疗,治疗组在基础治疗上加用盐酸法舒地尔,疗程均为14 d.结果 治疗组总有效率为87.5%（28/32）,高于对照组的78.6%（22/28）（P＜0.05）;治疗后治疗组双侧椎动脉、基底动脉的收缩期末峰流速（VS）、舒张期末峰流速（VD）均高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 盐酸法舒地尔能够改善后循环系统血流动力学指标,对后循环缺血具有良好疗效.

Clinical Efficacy of Fasudil Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Posterior Circulation Ischemia

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fasudil hydrochloride in the treatment of posterior circulation isehemia. Methods 60 hospitalized patients with posterior circulation ischemia were chosen from August 2012 June 2013, they were randomly divided into treatment group of 32 cases and control group of 28 cases.
