| 摘 要： | 采用微波组织凝固器(MTC)对22例肝癌患者进行微波凝固切肝和癌灶固化术。观察表明 MTC 能提高中、晚期肝癌的手术切除率。其中,根治性切除率为45.5%,癌肿固化加不规则肝切除率为31.8%。不能切除者则行 MTC 癌灶单纯固化术。作者认为:MTC 用于中、晚期肝癌手术,可提高治疗的彻底性,简化手术操作,减少术中失血量,且具有适用范围广和无需阻断肝门血流的优点。

| Abstract: | Microwave tissue coagulator(MTC)was used in resection and coagulation ofhepatic cancer in 22 patients.The results showed that MTC could raise the resectional rateof advanced hepatic cancer.Among all the cases 45.5% received radical excision,and31.8% palliative excision and tumor coagulation.However,unresectable cases received onlytumor coagulation.It is reasonable to assume that MTC can be widely used in operation ofadvanced hepatic cancer.It has the advantages of being simple to perform,improving thera-peutic effects and reducing blood loss during the operation,without blocking the blood sup-ply to the liver. |
