Kiss-1蛋白Metastin和MMP-9在宫颈癌中的表达及相关性

目的:探讨Metastin和基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)蛋白在宫颈癌中的表达及其相关性。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测10例正常宫颈、15例宫颈CIN、52例宫颈鳞癌组织中Metastin和MMP-9的表达,分析其临床意义及两者之间的相关性。结果:宫颈鳞癌组Metastin阳性表达率(40.38%)明显低于正常宫颈组和宫颈CIN组(分别为90%、73.33%;P<0.05),且Metastin表达缺失与宫颈鳞癌的临床分期和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与宫颈鳞癌的年龄、组织学分级无关(P>0.05);宫颈鳞癌组和CIN组MMP-9阳性表达率明显高于正常宫颈组。MMP-9蛋白高表达与宫颈癌临床分期和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与年龄、组织学分级无关(P>0.05);宫颈鳞癌中,Metastin与MMP-9蛋白表达呈显著负相关(r=-0.428,P<0.01)。结论:Metastin、MMP-9可能与宫颈癌的浸润和转移有关,且两者之间可能存在相互作用。

Expression of Metastin;MMP-9 Protein and Relation in Cervical Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression of metastin and matrix metailoproteinase （MMP-9） and their relationship in cervical carcinoma.Methods The expression of metastin and MMP-9 was examined by immunohistochemical method in 10 cases of normal cervical epilhelia, 15 cases of cervical carcinoma in situ（CIN）,52 cases of squamous celI carcinoma of cervix （SCC）.The relationship between those expression outcomes and the characteristics of clinical pathology of cervical carcinoma was analyzed statistically.Results It was found that the positive rate of metastin expression in SCC group was significantly less than CIN and normal cervix epithelial tissue group （P〈0.05）,Loss of metastin expression was correlated with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of SCC（P〈0.05）,but was not correlated with age of patients and histogical grade of SCC.The positive rate of MMP-9 expression in SCC and CIN group was significantly higher than normal cervix epithelial tissue group （P〈0.05）,High expression of MMP-9 was correlated with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis ofSCC （P〈0.05）, but was not correlated with age of patients and histogical grade of SCC.The expression ofmetastin is negatively correlated with MMP-9 in SCC（ r = -0.428,P〈0.05）.Conclusion This data indicated that metastin and MMP-9 expressions may be correlated with the infiltration and metastases of SCC, negative correlation of metastin and MMP-9 indicated that they may have some interaction.
