胆囊切除术小切口术式探讨

目的 探讨胆囊切除术小切口术及其临床价值。方法 对56例施行小切口胆囊切除术的患者进行了资料统计分析。结果 用该术式切除胆囊的患者50例痊愈出院，术后随访无并发症，另5例因条件限制术中扩大了切口，1例术后病理诊断为胆囊癌变再次手术。结论 小切口胆囊切除术损伤小，术后恢复快，切口美观，但适应证要求严格。

Study on the Small Incision Cholecystectomy

Objective To study the small incision cholecystectomy and its clinical application. Methods The datum of 56 cases operated with small incision cholecystectomy were statistically analyzed. Results Fifty cases recovered and had no complications after operation. The incisions of other five cases were expended during the operation for conditional restriction. One was operated again after being diagnosed as carcinoma of gallbladder. Conclusions The damage of small incision cholecystectomy was slight, the incision was right and the recovery after operation was fast. However the indication of small incision cholecystectomy was very strict.
