Myocardial infarction: an unusual complication of neuroleptic malignant syndrome |

| Abstract: | A case of myocardial infarction in the absence of risk factors, concurrent with neuroleptic malignant syndrome, is presented, suggesting the existence of a causal relation between the two. Possible pathophysiological mechanisms will be discussed. |
