血清降钙素原在恶性疟预后中的临床价值评估

目的：探讨血清降钙素原（PCT）在恶性疟患者预后中的实验诊断价值。方法60例经厚血膜法和荧光定量PCR法确诊的恶性疟患者,采用全自动免疫荧光法测定PCT,同时测定相应的虫体密度,分析两者的相关性。结果①治疗前恶性疟虫体密度与PCT高度相关（r=0.90）。②轻度组、重度组和死亡组之间的PCT水平差异均有显著性（P〈0.05）,轻度组、重度组和死亡组之间的虫体密度差异均有显著性（P〈0.05）。③伴随恶性疟病情加重,PCT增高,预后不良。结论 PCT可以作为恶性疟患者的有效治疗和预后的评价指标。

The clinical value of PCT in evaluation the outcome of patients with falciparum malaria

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of the serum procalcitonin （ PCT） in patients with falciparum malaria. Method We used automatic immunofluorescence method to detect the PCT value of 60 patients with falcipa-rum, which were confirmed by thick film method and fluorescence quantitative PCR method. Besides, we detected the corresponding worm density and analyzed the correlation between PCT and worm density. Result①The worm density is highly correlated with PCT value before treatment. ②The PCT level is significant different in mild group, severe group and death group （P〈0. 05）. The worm density is also significant different in mild group, severe group and death group （P〈0. 05）.③PCT value is higher and the prognosis is poorer with the increase of malignant degree. Conclusion PCT can be used as an effective treatment and prognostic marker for falciparum malaria patients.
