摘    要:目的:分析儿童患龋相关风险因素,提出有针对性的口腔卫生指导。方法随机抽取北京口腔医院儿童口腔科就诊的3-7岁儿童200例,记录乳牙患龋情况,并对其看护人进行问卷调查,分析儿童龋病相关因素。结果200例受检儿童患龋率为92.5%,男女之间患龋率差异没有显著性(P〉0.05)。乳牙龋均7.58,男童龋均6.95,女童龋均8.40,男女童龋均差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。刷牙起始时间和糖的摄入与儿童患龋率具有显著相关性。结论在龋病治疗的过程中应对家长及儿童进行相应的口腔卫生宣教,规范和加强对乳牙龋病防治的宣传工作,早期培养儿童良好的口腔卫生习惯。

Abstract:Objective To investigate theprevalence of primary teeth caries and its related factors,so as to provide a scientific basis for primary teeth caries prevention. Method A random sampling survey on caries status among 200 children aged 3-7 was conducted in the department of Pediatric Dentistry,Beijing Stomatological Hospital,and a questionnaire for their guardians. Result Boys and girls had the caries rate of 91. 2% and 94. 3% respectively,with-out any significant difference(P〉0. 05). The index of dmft(decayed,missed and filled teeth) for the whole observed population was 7. 58,with a significant divergence between boys(6. 95) and girls(8. 40)(P〈0. 05). Time of begin-ning to brush teeth and amount of sugar intake showed significant relation to the incidence of deciduous caries. Con-clusion Educationon oral health should be promoted during treatment. More work should be done to emphasize and regulate the propagandaon caries prevention. Developing good oral health habit is very important.
