石韦的X射线衍射Fourier指纹图谱鉴定研究

摘    要:目的 建立中药材石韦的新鉴定分析方法。方法 采用粉末X射线衍射Fourier指纹图谱鉴定法。结果 通过对3个石韦对照品和17个石韦中药材进行实验、计算分析,获得了石韦的标准X射线衍射Fourier指纹图谱及特征标记峰值。结论 表明X射线衍射Fourier指纹图谱鉴定法可用于中药材石韦的鉴定。

Abstract:Object To develop a new method for identification and analysis of Chinese medicinal material Folium Pyrrosiae. Methods Powder X-ray diffraction Fourier fingerprint pattern was used. Results Experiments and analysis were carried out on twenty samples. The standard X-ray diffraction Fourier fingerprint pattern and characteristic diffraction peaks of Folium Pyrrosiae were obtained. Conclusion This method can be used for the identification of Chinese medicinal material Folium Pyrrosiae.
