| 摘 要： | 目的：了解慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血单个核细胞（PBMCs）HBV的感染情况及其与血清HBV的关系。方法：采用聚合酶链反应（PCR）检测55例慢性乙型肝炎患者PBMCs和血清中HBV。结果：PBMCsHBV－DNA检出率为69％（38例／55例），血清HBV－DNA检出蓄为36％（20例／55例），PBMCsHBV－DNA与血清HBV－DNA无一致性，P＜0．05，PCR法检测慢性乙型肝炎患者HBV－DNA、PBMCs检出率优于血清检出率，P＜0．05。结论：在慢性乙型肝炎患者中，PBMCs存在HBV－DNA。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and sera of hepatitis B patients. Method:Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assay was used to detect HBV DNA in PBMCs and sera from 55 patients with chronic hepatitis B.Result: The detected positive rate of HBV DNA was 69% in PBMCs and 36% in sera. There not was correlation between HBV DNA in PBMCs and in sera. The detected rate of HBV DNA in PBMCs was superior to that in sera by PCR assay. Conclusion: There is HBV DNA in PBMCs and its detected positive rate is higher than that in serum by PCR assay. |
