| 摘 要： | 目的探讨钼靶X线及Mammotome微创旋切在乳腺疾病中的诊治应用。方法2002～2003年应用钼靶X线及Mammotome微创旋切诊治73例临床触诊阴性的乳腺钙化灶病人，钙化灶切除后行冰冻切片检查。结果73例中发现乳腺癌10例(占13．7％)，良性乳腺病变63例(占86.3％)。结论应用钼靶X线及Mammotome微创旋切诊治乳腺疾病安全可靠，术中痛苦少，术后恢复快，有利于疾病的早期发现，是诊治乳腺疾病的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the role of Mo mammogram and Mammotome device in treatment and diagnosis of impalpable breast lesion. Methods Seventy-three patients suffering from impalpable breast lesions with microcalcification underwent operation with mammogram-guided Mammotome and pathological examination of frozen section was performed. Results Among 73 cases, lesions of 10 were found to be malignant (13.7%), the others were benign(86.3%).Conclusion Mo mammogram-guided Mammotome device is a safe and effective method to treat and diagnose impalpable breast lesions. |
