黄芪注射液对大鼠骨骼肌钝挫伤后修复过程中断裂强度和拉伸率的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨黄芪注射液在大鼠骨骼肌钝挫伤后修复过程中的作用。方法:108只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为3组:黄芪注射液组、自然愈合组、正常组。对黄芪注射液组和自然愈合组大鼠采用打击装置造成其右侧腓肠肌钝挫伤,分别于伤后第14、21、28、35、42、56天取材,测试大鼠双侧腓肠肌的断裂强度和拉伸率,并将每只大鼠的伤侧数值与健侧数值之比作为参数进行统计学分析,比较各组大鼠的统计结果。结果:(1)断裂强度:自然愈合组至第56天基本达到正常水平,黄芪组明显早于自然愈合组,于第35天即达正常水平。(2)拉伸率:自然愈合组至第56天仍处于较低水平,黄芪组至第56天已达正常水平。结果提示:黄芪注射液可缩短骨骼肌钝挫伤愈合时程,改善骨骼肌收缩性质和愈合质量。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of Huangqi injection on the skeletal muscle healing process following contusion.Methods One hundred and eight male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups:Huangqi injection group;natural healing group and normal group. Contusion model was developed at the right gastrocnemius in 72 rats (Huangqi injection group and natural healing group).At day 14, 21,28,35,42 and 56 after injury, the failure load and strain rate of the injured gastrocnemius were tested and then compared with that of normal group.Results (1) Failure load was nearly approaching normal value at day 35 in Huangqi injection group,whereas at day 56 in natural healing group after injury(P<0.05). (2) Strain rate was restored at day 56 in Huangqi injection group, whereas was still lower at day 56 in natural healing group after injury(P<0.05). Conclusions Huangqi injection could accelerate the skeletal muscle healing process following trauma and improve the quality of injured skeletal muscle.
