中药秦艽及其可持续利用途径研究

秦艽属龙胆科龙胆属，目前我国境内使用的共有四种原植物，皆可入药，但品质相差较大，以往药用秦艽的供应一直以野生为主，市场上秦艽一直处于供不应求的状况，尤其优质秦艽的货源不足，本文介绍了我国传统地道中药材秦艽4种原植物的形态区别，资源分布，药理作用和在资源利用中存在的问题及对其实现可持续利用途径的探讨，提出在保持药物的原有特性的基础上，按照国家中药材生产质量管理规范（GAP）研究开发秦艽的生产标准操作规程（SOP），建立秦艽的规范化种植基地，以保证优质中药材秦艽的可持续供应。

Studies on Resources of Large-lcaved Gentian in China and Approaches to Their Sustainable Utilization

Large-leaved gentian belongs to Gentianaceac of Gentiana and there are four primordial plants of its family in China at present,all of which can be used as medicinal materials,but they are greatly different in quality.Those used as medicinal plants are mainly wild ones,which cannot meet the demand in the market of Chinese medicinal materials,especially those of high quality.This article states the morphological difference,the distribution of resources and the pharmalogical actions of the four species of large-leaved gentian,the genuine traditional Chinese medicinal materials,as well as the problems emerging from the utilization of their resources and the exploration of the approaches to their sustainable utilization.In addition,it proposes that on the basis of keeping the original properties of large-leaved gentian the production SOP of this plant should be studied and developed and the bases of its standard cultivation be set up in accordance with the national criteria for the management of the quality of Chinese medicinal materials(GAP),thus guaranteeing the sustained supply of high-quality medicinal materials of large-leaved gentian.
