| 摘 要： | 目的 探索职业技能鉴定对提高基层卫生人员素质的影响.方法 通过2010年11月职业技能鉴定集中考试的机会统一发放问卷调查表1 756份,调查基层卫生人员存在的问题,通过职业技能鉴定培训、考试通过率的情况,研究职业技能鉴定对基层卫生人员的影响.结果 职业技能鉴定通过率高达99.60％,培训使基层卫生人员获取了新知识、新技能.结论 职业技能鉴定能提高基层卫生人员的素质.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of professional skills identification improving the quality of first-line medical personnel. Methods 1 756 questionnaires were handed out in November,2010 by the chance of intensive examination of professional skills identification to explore the existing problems of first-line personnel. The effect of professional skills identification of first-line medical personnel was stud- ied through the pass rate of the examination and training of professional sills identification. Results The pass rate of professional skills identification was 99. 60%. First-line medical personnel acquire new knowledge and skills through training. Conclusion Professional skills identification can improve the quality of first-line medical personnel. |
