屈螺酮炔雌醇片防治人工流产并发症的临床疗效

目的 探讨人工流产后口服避孕药屈螺酮炔雌醇片对减少阴道流血量、缩短月经恢复时间、促进子宫内膜恢复的临床疗效。方法 400例人工流产术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(n=200),均抗生素治疗6 d,治疗组加服屈螺酮炔雌醇片,每晚1片,连服21 d;均于术后第14天B超检查。结果 治疗组阴道流血平均持续时间为(8.46±0.771)d,平均月经恢复时间(24.84±1.948)d,子宫内膜平均厚度(76.15±1.365)mm,对照组这3项指标分别为(6.22±0.911)d、(34.68±1.812)d、(54.09±7.294)mm;治疗组周期性腹痛、宫腔粘连、盆腔感染的比例分别为1.58%、0.00%和1.05%,对照组的分别为5.67%、3.09%和4.64%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 人工流产后即时口服屈螺酮炔雌醇片,除避孕外,还能明显减少阴道流血量,缩短月经恢复时间,并促进子宫内膜修复,减少并发症的发生。

Clinical efficacy of Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets in prophylaxis and treatment of complications after artificial abortion

Objective To study the curative effect of oral Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablet in reducing the amount of vaginal bleeding, shortening menstruation recovery time, and repairing endometria. Methods Four hundred patients after artificial abortion were divided into observation group and control group randomly (n=200). The patients in the two groups were performed postoperative antibiotic treatment for 6 d, the patients in the observation group were orally administered Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablet on the day of surgery, one tablet every evening, 21 d continuously and B ultrasonic examination was carried out on day 14 after operation. Results The average duration of vaginal bleeding of the patients in the observation group was (8.46±0.771) d. which was more than (6.22±0.911) d in the control group; The average menstruation recovery time of the patients in the observation group was (24.84±1.948) d, which was less than (34.68±1.812) d in the control group; The average endometrial thickness of the patients in the observation group was (76.15±1.365) mm, which was thicker than (54.09±7.294) mm in the control group; The proportions of periodic abdominal pain, intrauterine adhesion, and pelvic infection of the patients in the observation group were 1.58%, 0.00%, and 1.05%, while 5.67%, 3.09%, and 4.64% in the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Instant oral Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablet after artificial abortion can significantly reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding, shorten the menstruation recovery time, promote the endometrium repairment, and reduce the complications.
