摘    要:目的:探讨连续射频(CRF)与脉冲射频(PRF)技术的镇痛机制及临床应用范围。方法:用射频仪发出的CRF或PRF电流分别作用于不同的脊神经背根神经节(DRG),观察其镇痛效果及对DRG组织结构及传导机能的影响。结果:两组镇痛效果没有明显差异,但CRF组少数病例术后发生患侧下肢短时间感觉和运动功能障碍,并可引起神经组织结构的改变,而PRF对运动功能和神经组织结构无影响。结论:CRF与PRF镇痛效果相似,但PRF较CRF更安全,适应范围更广。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the analgesic mechanism and clinical application of continuous radio frequency(CRF) and pulse radio frequency(PRF).Method:CRF or PRF electric current sent out by radio frequency instrument acted on different spinal dorsal root ganglion(DRG).Their effects of analgesia and effect of DRG structure on conductive function were observed.Result:There were no significant difference in effect of analgesia.The brief anesthecinesia of leg and changes of nervous tissue structure were observed in a few cases in group CRF.PRF had no effect on motor function and nervous tissue structure.Conclusion:The effects of CRF and PRF is similar,but PRF is more safe and widely applied.
