绵阳市留守女童性安全知识知晓率调查及团体性心理辅导效果

目的调查绵阳市留守女童受性虐待情况与性安全知识知晓情况,探讨团体性心理辅导的效果,为留守女童进行性安全教育提供参考。方法采用两阶段抽样法选取绵阳市涪城区和平武县的留守女童共113名,采用儿童期虐待问卷(CTQ-SF)和预防性侵犯知识技能调查表进行调查,开展1次团体性心理辅导后再次对留守女童的性安全知识知晓情况进行调查。结果绵阳市留守女童性虐待发生率为15.04%,性安全知识知晓率为59.8%。团体性心理辅导前后,留守女童性安全知识评分比较差异有统计学意义[(10.17±3.17)分vs.(12.73±3.12)分,t=-8.904,P0.01]。结论绵阳市城区和农村留守女童性虐待发生率均较高;团体性心理辅导可能有助于提高留守女童性安全知识知晓率。

Investigation on awareness rate of sexual safety knowledge of left-behind girls in Mianyang city and the efficacy of group psychological counseling

Objective To investigate the sexual abuse situation and sexual safety knowledge of left - behind girls in Mianyang city, and to explore the efficacy of group psychological counseling, which was to provide references for sexual safety education.Methods A total of 113 left - behind girls in Fucheng district and Pingwu county of Mianyang city were selected by two - stage sampling method. The Childhood Trauma Questionnaire ( CTQ - SF) and the Knowledge and Skills Questionnaire for Preventing Sexual Violation were used to investigate the awareness of sexual safety knowledge of left - behind girls before and after group psychological counseling. Results The incidence of sexual abuse among left - behind girls in Mianyang city was 15. 04% , and the awareness rate of sexual safety knowledge was 59. 8% . After group psychological counseling, the score of sexual safety knowledge was significantly increased compared to before [ ( 10. 17 ± 3 . 17) vs. ( 12. 73 ± 3 . 12) , t = - 8. 904, P < 0. 01 ] . Conclusion The incidence of sexual abuse of left - behind girls is high in both urban and rural areas of Mianyang city. Group psychological counseling may help improve the awareness rate of sexual safety knowledge of left - behind girls.
