食管癌基质金属蛋白酶MMP-2和MMP-9表达的意义

目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶MMP- 2和MMP- 9在食管癌组织中的表达及其与食管癌浸润转移的关系。方法:用免疫组化S- P法分别检测5 9例食管癌组织中MMP -2和MMP -9的表达。结果:MMP -2和MMP 9阳性表达率食管腺癌分别为84 .6 1%、76 .92 % ,明显高于食管鳞癌5 0 .0 0 %、4 3.4 8% ,P <0 .0 5 ;淋巴结转移组分别为93.33%、86 .6 7% ,明显高于无淋巴结转移组4 1.38%、37.93% ,P <0 .0 1。结论:MMP 2和MMP 9在食管癌侵袭及转移过程中可能发挥重要作用。

Expression of Matrix Metalloproteinase-2 and -9 in Carcinoma of Esophagus

Objective To investigate the express i on of matrix metalloproteinase-2 and -9 in carcinoma of esophagus, and the relationship between its expression and the infiltration of the cancer. Methods Fifty-nine specimens were detected by immunohistochemical tech nique. Results It was found that MMP-2 and MMP-9 expression was present in 84.61 %、76.92 % of esophagus adenocarcinoma while it was only 50. 00 %、43.48 % in esophagus squamous cell carcinoma.The MMP-2 and MMP-9 exp ression in cases with lymph node involvement (28/30、26/30)was significantly higher than that without (12/29、11/29).Conclusion MMP-2 and MMP -9 may play an important role in tumor invasion and metastasis in carcinoma of esophagus.
