| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨基层医院治疗胆总管囊肿的手术方法及注意事项。方法 对 18例胆总管囊肿患者进行了囊肠内引流及囊肿切除、胆道重建术。结果 囊肠内引流术术后胆道感染、再生结石率高 ,疗效差 ;而囊肿切除胆道重建术者疗效较好。结论 囊肿切除、胆肠Roux Y吻合术配以合适的抗返流装置是值得推荐的手术方法

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the surgical procedures for choledochocyst and cautions in basic hospital. Methods All cases of choledochocyst received internal drainage between choledochal cyst and intestine, resection of cyst and bile duct reconstruction. Results The cyst and intestinal drainage had a high occurrence of biliary tract infection and high recurrence of calculi with a poor therapeutic effectiveness. Resection of the cyst and bile duct reconstruction had satisfactory effects in the treatment of choledochocyst. Conclusion Resection of the cyst and biliary intestinal Roux en Y hepaticojejunostomy combined with reasonable anti regurgitation apparatus was a recommendable method for choledochocyst. |
