| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝细胞肝癌组织中COX-2和P-糖蛋白的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测41例肝细胞肝癌及其癌旁组织中COX-2和P-糖蛋白的表达情况。结果COX-2和P-糖蛋白在肝细胞肝癌中的表达均高于癌旁及正常组织,COX-2在不同分期肝细胞肝癌组织中有显著差异;COX-2与P-糖蛋白在肝细胞肝癌组织中的表达呈显著正相关。结论肝细胞肝癌组织中COX-2和P-糖蛋白处于过度表达状态,且具有相关性,两者可能参与肝细胞肝癌的发生、发展及癌细胞的多药耐药。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the significance of expression of COX - 2 and P- glucoprotein in bepatocellular carcinoma. Methods We detected the expressions of COX - 2 and P - glucopmtein in the tissues inside and beside the tumor and normal tissues of 41 cases hepatocellular carcinoma in immunohistochemistry method. Results There are higher expressions of COX - 2 and P - glucopmtein in the tissues inside the tumor than beside and normal with signifi- cant deviation. COX - 2 presents differently according to the stages of hepatocellular carcinoma with notable direct corre- lation with P - glueopmtein＇ s expression. Conclusion COX - 2 and P - glucopmtein are overexpressed in hepatocellu- lar carcinoma with some correlation. They may all take part in the genesis, development and muhidrugresistanee of this cancer. |
