紫杉醇治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤的临床疗效观察

目的评价紫杉醇在恶性肿瘤治疗中的治疗价值.方法采用紫杉醇为主的联合方案治疗32例恶性肿瘤的疗效观察对比及毒副反应.结果32例恶性肿瘤患者有12例达CR、PR,有效率为37.5%(12/32).毒副反应主要表现为消化道反应,骨髓抑制,神经毒性及脱发,多为Ⅰ～Ⅱ°,为可逆性.结论紫杉醇抗肿瘤谱较广,治疗晚期恶性肿瘤均有较好疗效.

Paclitaxel in the treatment of advanced carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the effecacy and side effects of paclitaxel in malignace.Methods 32 cases with advanced malignace tumor were treated with paclitaxel combinative chemotherapy for comparing the effecacy and side effects.Results There were complete and partial response(CR and PR) with 37.5% response rate in the 32 cases .The major toxic effects are gastrointestinal reaction,arrest of bone marrow,peripheral neuropathy,alopecia.Most of them are to tolerable.Conclusions Pacilitaxel is a broad spectrum antic-tumor agent with relative good response for many different maligance.
