| 摘 要： | 目的：建立测定二乙酰氨乙酸乙二胺注射液含量的HPLC方法。方法：采用AlhimaAQ（200mm×4．6mm，5μm）色谱柱，水-磷酸-三乙胺溶液（100：0．15：0．2）为流动相，流速为1．0ml·min-1，检测波长为225nm。结果：二乙酰氨乙酸乙二胺在0．25～2．04μg（r=0．9998）范围内线性关系良好，平均加样回收率为98．6％（n=9）。结论：方法简便、准确、重复性好．可用于二乙酰氨乙酸乙二胺注射液中的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determination the content of ethylenediamine diaceturate injection. Method： The Mhima AQ （200 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm） column was used,the mobile phase consisted of water-phosphoric acicl-triethyl- amine solution （100： 0. 15： 0. 2） ,the flow rate was 1.0 ml-min-1 ,the detection wavelength was 225 nm. Result： The linear range of eth- ylenediamine diaceturate was 0. 25-2. 04 μg （r =0. 999 8） ,the average recoveries （n =9） was 98.6% （RSD O. 85% ）. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and repeatable,it can be used for the determination the content of ethylenediamine diaeeturate injection. |
