| 摘 要： | Toll样受体(TLR)是新近研究的热点,TLR作为脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide,LPS)信号转导受体,在与LPS反应时可形成一个由TLR、MD_2和CD14构成的复合体,参与信号转导,激活下游细胞因子,而TLR可通过各种方式参与肝功能衰竭的过程,与肝功能衰竭有着密切的关系。

| Abstract: | Toll-like receptors have attracted much attention of people.One of them, toll-like receptor(TLR), is the receptor transducting signal of LPS. Combining LPS, TLR4 can take part in signal transduction and active downstream cytokine with MD-2,CD14. However, TLR can attend the program of liver failure in many ways and lead to liver failure. |
