| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察重组生长激素 ( rh GH)对手术后患者机体免疫功能的影响。方法 :选择 30例腹部外科手术病人 ,入院后随机分为 3组 ,1组 :肠外营养治疗加用生长激素 ;2组 :肠外营养治疗组 ;3组 :正常补液组。其中 1组在术后第 2天开始给予生长激素皮下肌注 ,连续 7d。分别于手术前 1d、手术后第 3、5、7d检测血清免疫球蛋白变化及 T细胞亚群的变化。结果 :手术后第 3天检测结果表明 3组患者免疫球蛋白、CD3+、CD4 +、CD4 +/CD8+等指标均有不同程度的下降 ,手术后第 5天检测结果表明 1、2两组检测指标有上升趋势 ,手术后 7天检测结果表明 1组患者检测指标基本恢复正常 ,1组与 2、3组比较差异有显著性 ( P<0 .0 1)。结论 :生长激素对手术后患者免疫功能的恢复有显著促进作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of rhGH on immunologic function in patents after operation.Methods:Thirty patients after abdominal operation were randomly divided into 3 groups.Group Ⅰ was supported by PN and rhGH;Group Ⅱ was supported by PN;Group Ⅲ was supported by normal liquid.The changes of IgA,IgG,IgM and CD 3 +,CD 4 +,CD 4 +/CD 8 + 1 day before operation and 3,5,7 days after operation were observed.Results:IgA,IgG,IgM and CD 3 +,CD 4 +,CD 4 +/CD 8 + decreased 3 days after operation.On the 5 th day IgA,IgG,IgM and CD 3 +,CD 4 +,CD 4 +/CD 8 + began to increase in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ.IgA,IgG,IgM and CD 3 +,CD 4 +,CD 4 +/CD 8 + came back to normal on the 7 th day.Conclusion:rhGH can improve the immunologic function of patients after operation. |
