消毒因子对嗜肺军团菌杀灭效果的实验研究

摘    要:目的观察三种常用化学消毒剂对嗜肺军团菌杀灭效果,为控制嗜肺军团菌感染传播提供消毒方法依据。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验进行了实验室观察。结果在常温条件下,用含有效碘100 mg/L的碘伏消毒液,或含有效氯50 mg/L的含氯泡腾片溶液作用10 min,对悬液内嗜肺军团菌杀灭对数值达到5.0以上。用含36 mg/L二氧化氯消毒液,作用2.5 min,对悬液内嗜肺军团菌的杀灭对数值亦可达到5.0以上。在试验条件下,三种常用消毒剂均随着有效成分浓度的增加、作用时间的延长,杀菌效果逐渐递增。结论常用含碘和含氯消毒剂以及二氧化氯在较低浓度下,均可快速杀灭悬液内嗜肺军团菌,可在实际消毒中参考本研究参数使用。

Abstract:Objective To study the efficacy of 3 common chemical disinfectants in killing Legionella pneumophila in order to provide a reference of disinfecting method for controlling transmission of L.pneumophila.Method Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to carry out experimental observation.Results The killing log value of L.pneumophila in suspension exposed to povidone-iodine containing available iodine 100 mg/L or chlorinated effervescent tablet solution containing available chlorine 50 mg/L for 10 min was above 5.0 at room temperature.The killing log value of L.pneumophila in suspension exposed to 36 mg/L chlorine dioxide disinfection solution for 2.5 min was also above 5.0.The efficacy of the 3 common chemical disinfectants in killing L.pneumophila increased gradually with increasing concentration of active ingredient and prolonging contact duration.Conclusion The 3 common disinfectants at low concentration can kill L.pneumophila in suspension quickly,which provide a reference for practical disinfection.
