深圳地区396例非糖尿病高血压患者糖化血红蛋白水平调查

摘    要:目的调查分析深圳地区非糖尿病高血压住院患者糖化血红蛋白水平,为其合理治疗提供参考信息。方法检测396例非糖尿病高血压及合并心功能不全住院患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(Fins)和糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)。调查对象分为三组:Ⅰ组(单纯原发性高血压)、Ⅱ组(原发性高血压心功能I~Ⅱ级)和Ⅲ组(原发性高血压心功能Ⅱ级以上)。结果调查对象FPG、Fins和HbAlc平均水平分别为(5.93±2.37)mmol/L、(8.01±4.50)μU/ml和(6.75±1.44)%。组间FPG平均水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组患者的Fins和HbAIc平均水平高于Ⅰ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论深圳地区原发性高血压患者中,近1/3患者存在不同程度糖化血红蛋白水平升高,HbAlc是引起心功能不全的危险因素之一。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the levels of HbAlc in non-diabetic patients with essential hypertension in Shenzhen City, and provide references for the reasonable treatment of the patients with essential hypertension. Methods Fasting plasma glucose (FPG), fasting insulin (Fins) and HbAlc were detected in 396 non-diabetic patients with essential hypertension without other diseases. The levels of HbAlc were compared in patients with essential hypertension alone (group Ⅰ), patients with essential hypertension and cardiac function grade Ⅰ~Ⅱ (group Ⅱ), as well as patients with hypertensive heart function grade Ⅲ (group Ⅲ). Results The average levels of FPG, FINS and HbAlc were in the three groups (5.93±2.37) mmol/L, (8.01±4.50) μU/ml and (6.75±1.44)%, respectively. FPG showed no statistically significant difference among the three groups (P>0.05). The average levels of Fins and HbAlc in group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ were significantly higher than those in group Ⅰ (P<0.05). Conclusion Nearly one third of the non-diabetic patients with essential hypertension living in Shenzhen City have elevated HbAlc level in varying degrees, and the elevated HbAlc level is one of the risk factors which associated with cardiac insufficiency.
