依普利酮及氯沙坦对原发性高血压中心动脉压的影响

目的观察依普利酮与氯沙坦对原发性高血压中心动脉压的影响。方法原发性高血压患者80例,按随机数字表法分为依普利酮组(A组)及氯沙坦组(B组)各40例,分别给予依普利酮片50 mg、氯沙坦钾片50 mg口服,1次/d,疗程12周。治疗前后应用欧姆龙HEM9000AI检测系统检测外周动脉收缩压(SBP)、中心动脉收缩压(CSBP)、HR并行统计学分析。结果 SBP与CSBP明显相关(P<0.05);治疗前两组SBP、CSBP、HR相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组SBP与CSBP均下降(P<0.05),但治疗后两组SBP、CSBP比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论依普利酮与氯沙坦均可降低外周动脉血压及中心动脉压,效果相似。

Effects of Eplerenone and Losartan on Central Aortic Pressure of Patients With Essential Hypertension

Objective To investigate the effects of eplerenone and losartan on central aortic pressure(CSBP) of patients with essential hypertension.Methods Eighty patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into two groups:eplerenone group(group A,n=40) treated with eplerenone(50 mg per day),losartan group(group B,n=40) treated with losartan(50 mg per day).The treatment lasted for 12 weeks in both groups.The systolic blood pressure(SBP) and CSBP were measured by the Omron HEM9000AI detection system before and after treatment.Statistical analysis was applied to determine the difference between the two groups.Results SBP was significantly correlated with CSBP(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in SBP,CSBP and HR between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,SBP and CSBP decreased in both groups(P<0.05),but no significant difference was found in the decrease of SBP and CSBP between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Eplerenone has the similar effect with losartan on the decrease of SBP and CSBP of essential hypertension patients.
