羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术临床应用

目的探讨眼球摘除或眼内容剜除羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术临床应用。方法眼内容剜除,后巩膜开窗,羟基磷灰石义眼台植入巩膜腔或肌锥内,分层紧密缝合巩膜、筋膜及结膜。结果2例2眼义眼台轻度外露,观察随访半年无发展,后行羊膜移植后愈合,其余21例21眼均无结膜裂开及义眼台外露,取得了满意的效果。结论眼内容剜除后一期植入义眼台于巩膜腔或肌锥内,术中充分降低巩膜、筋膜及结膜的张力,并紧密分层缝合是降低和预防结膜裂开,义眼台外露、脱出的关键。

Clinical analysis of orbital Implant of hydroxyapatite

Objectiv To evaluate the clinical application of orbital implant of hydroxyapatite after eyeball enucleating or eye eviscerating. Methods The hydroxyapatite spheres were implanted into auto-sclera capsule after eye eviscerating or muscular pyramid after eyeball enucleating. The sclera, fibrous membrane and conjunctiva were sutured firmly respectively. Results 2 cases (2 eyes) had mild implant extrusion and there is no further deterioration after half a year's follow-up visit. Other 21 cases(21 eyes) achieved good results without conjunctival wound dehiscence, implant extrusion or inflammation. Conclusion The hydroxyapatite spheres were implanted into auto-sclera capsule or muscular pyramid in the first stage. It is the essential to prevent conjunctival wound dehiscence,implant extrusion or inflammation that lowering the tension of sclera, fibrous membrane and conjunctiva and suturing them firmly.
