新型季铵盐复合消毒剂的研究

摘    要:新型季铵盐类复合消毒剂主要含有单双链季铵盐和戊二醛等成分,采用悬液定量杀菌试验和抑菌试验方法对该复合消毒剂消毒相关性能进行了研究。结果,以季铵盐总量为准,该复合消毒剂最低抑菌浓度低于30 mg/L。以季铵盐含量为100 mg/L作用3 m in,对金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭率为99.99%;对大肠杆菌作用5 m in,杀灭率可达到100%。结论,以单双链季铵盐和戊二醛配成的复合消毒剂对细菌繁殖体具有较好的杀灭效果,加入甜菜碱和氧化铵则降低了消毒剂的抑菌能力。

Abstract:The new-type multiple quaternary ammonium salts complex disinfectant contain mainly single alkyl chain quaternary ammonium salt,double alkyl chain quaternary ammonium salt and glutaraldehyde.Suspension quantitative germicidal test and bacteriostatic test were used to carry out study on the properties related to disinfection with this complex disinfectant.Results: With the total amount of quaternary ammonium salt as the criterion,the minimum bacteriostatic concentration of this complex disinfectant was lower than 30 mg/L.The disinfectant containing quaternary ammonium salt 100 mg/L with a 3 min contact time killed 99.99% of Staphylococcus aureus and that with a 5 min contact time could kill 100% of Escherichia coli.Conclusions: The complex disinfectant containing single and double alkyl chain quaternary ammonium salts and glutaralehyde had relatively good efficacy in killing vegetative forms of bacteria.Addition of betaine and ammonium oxide decreased the bacteriostatic ability of the disinfectant.
