桂哌齐特注射液治疗急性脑梗死66例

目的:观察桂哌齐特注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法:急性脑梗死129例,分为桂哌齐特组及对照组。桂哌齐特组66例,给予桂哌齐特:320 mg加入氯化钠注射液500 mL,iv,gtt,qd×21 d;对照组63 例,给予复方丹参注射液30 mL加入氯化钠注射液500 mL中,iv,gtt,qd×21 d。治疗前、治疗后对2组病人进行神经功能缺损程度评分,并进行疗效比较。结果:桂哌齐特组总有效率91％,对照组81％;与对照组疗效比较经Ridit分析,差异有非常显著意义(P<0．01)。结论:桂哌齐特注射液治疗急性脑梗死安全有效,且疗效优于复方丹参。

Cinepazide injection in treating 66 patients with acute cerebral infarction

AIM:To observe the efficacy of cinepazide injection in treating acute cerebral infarction. METHODS: One hundred and twenty-nine patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into cinepazide group and control group. Cinepazide group of sixty-six patients received cinepazide injection 320 mg + 0.9 % sodium chloride injection 500 mL,iv,gtt,qd × 21 d. Control group of sixty-three patients received Salvia militior-rhiza co injection 30 mL + 0.9 % sodium chloride injection 500 mL,iv,gtt,qd × 21 d.The nerve function defect scores were compared before and after the two different kinds of treatment. The effects on two groups were analysed with Ridit analysis. RESULTS:The total effective rate in the cinepazide group (91 %) was significantly higher than that in the control group (81 %) showing a remarkable difference in the curative efficacies between the two groups (P < 0.01) through Ridit analysis. CONCLUSION : Cinepazide injection is an effective and safe drug in treating acute cerebral infarction in early stage with better efficiency than that of Salvia militiorrhiza co injection.
