吸毒者中纹身情况调查与康复治疗

目的··:调查吸毒者中的纹身情况 ,寻求有效康复治疗方法。方法··:采用自行设计《药物滥用调查表》对716例住院强制戒毒者进行调查 ,并进行心理康复治疗。结果··:716例吸毒者中纹身者127例 ,占17.74 % ,其中男100例 ,女27例 ,年龄最小16a ,最大43a ,有纹身时间1 -25a ,平均8.8a±s5.75a。三位一体方式 (集体心理治疗、认知行为治疗、行为治疗 )的康复治疗有一定效果 ;有35例 (27.56% )表示出所后要手术除掉纹身。结论··:吸毒者中有纹身的比例很高 ,这与社会适应问题有一定相关性 ,康复治疗有助于他们摆脱困境

INVESTIGATION AND REHABILITATION TREATMENT OF DRUG ABUSERS WITH TATTOO

Objective: To investigate the state of drug abusers with tattoo and look for effective treatment method. Method: A self-designed questionnaire for drug abusers was used.716 cases taking compulsory detoxification in hospital were investigated. Collective psychotherapy,cognitive-behavioral treatment and behavioral treatment were conducted in the drug abusers with tattoo. Result: Among 716 drug abusers, 127 cases (17.74%) had tattoo in their bodies, including 100 males and 27 females, aging from 16 to 43. The tattoo existed in their bodies for one to twenty-five years (mean time 8.8 a±s 5.75 a). Generally, they had tattoo before they started using drugs. The healing treatment method used obtained definite effect.35 cases (27.5%)expressed that they would get rid of the tattoo after they left hospital. Conclusion: The rate of tattoo possession in drug abusers was obviously high, which might be relevant to their lack of social adaptability.The healing treatment could help them to escape from the difficult situation.
